Hi there. I'm Nico, a freelance DevOps Engineer from Germany (near Berlin). I specialize in CI/CD process design, infrastructure planning, containerization, technical project management, and automations of all kinds. Creating a supportive environment for dev teams by providing tooling, effective monitoring, and sensible processes is essential to me. In my previous positions I've worked with multiple DAX100 companies and other high-tier international clients. I'm experienced in various programming language environments and frameworks, including Java, Rust, Bash, and Python. I love my profession and follow the principles of Software Craftmanship. I also have advanced degrees in environmental sciences and geoinformatics & visualization.
